Use and Care
- For best results, lightly grease the pan before each use.
- This pan absorbs more heat than shiny pan, we recommend you to reduce your oven temperature by 25 degrees for better baking results. The maximum temperature is 250 degree celcius.
- Use a table knife or small spatula, not a sharp knife to cut inside the pan.
- Nylon tools are recommended to prevent the coating from getting scratched.
- Wash by hand in soapy water using a soft cloth, sponge brush or plastic mesh pad. Do not use steel wool, abbrassive cleansers or soak pans. It is important to rinse and dry thoroughly before storing.
- Do not use on top of the range, under broiler or for storage purposes in a refrigerator or freezer.
